It's that time again! Time to hone in on the Spring things that matter most when it comes to providing our clients the best array of services. Many of you will be providing trusted resources to your clients to assist in their sale - and without getting into the debate of which role plays the most importance, we can all acknowledge that when performed correctly, a stager, pre-listing inspection, home warranty protection plan and professional photography all assist in dwindling those days on market.
