Happiness! When all paperwork is where it belongs and things are going smoothly that is what our closing coordinator at our Coldwell Banker office exclaims. It always sounds good to me. Who does not like to be happy? When parents are being asked what they want for their children, the answer is very often "we want them to be happy". But what does that mean? What does make children, what makes us, happy? First and foremost it is any kind of positive feedback. We are happy when we are loved, liked, acknowledged, praised, are successful, at ease.
