What are the signs that we have hit bottom and are starting to bounce back? One of the strongest signs: multiple offers! We have experienced this a lot in the last few weeks, buyers clearly see that there is enormous value here and one of my buyers lost out yesterday even with above asking offer and very strong terms. As sad it is for them, I am happy to see this! So if you are thinking about listing your house, go for it!
