Your house has been on the market for 6 months, or more, whatever time you initially agreed on with your listing agent. A proactive agent will have contacted you early on and discuss with you what to do from here and how to proceed. Rrovided that the non-selling of your home has really nothing to do with your agent and you both agree on that, go ahead, extend.
