Such a common dilemma for many people who are considering a career in Real Estate. Can I start part time?
As a manager I was asked this question often. My answer: You will have a better chance of winning rolliing dice at the casino than doing Real Estate on a part time basis.
The reason is simple: Being successful in Real Estate is a FULL TIME job and then some.

This recipe originally came from my grandmother. Over the years I have teaked the spices just a little. The recipe makes two nine inch pies. I usually make one pie for Thanksgiving and freeze the extra pudding until Christmas.
As a little boy Dave requested a pumpkin pie for his birthday on rather than a cake.

An old family tradition was Mother's Oyster Stew for Christmas Eve dinner. However in recent years Mother has not wanted to leave her home of 60 years so Dave & I took all the ingredients to her home in Oil City.

Now I could sit down and eat half the bowl, but I won't. Waldorf salad is good any time of year, but fall apples are the best. I prefer Cortland apples which are very abundant in my area. I peel half the apples; the other I leave the skin on for color.

Early this morning I decided to make Split Pea & Ham soup.
