Has selecting a Real Estate Professional become like choosing a puppy at the pound? Ever walked through the local pound? As perspective owners walk down the rows on cages each dog pitches "the prospect" differently. There are the Uber-Friendly, charismatic ones "pick me, pick me", there are the shy ones, the sad ones, and the ones that never come out of the enclosure. Much like Real Estate Professionals auditioning to be selected by sellers. They have but one objective; to win the sale.
