This is the best technology I have ever seen and must share with you we were in a multiple offer situation aren't we all these days and the seller took our offer because we were the fastest to respond and because of Mark could close the soonest. My clients had made countless offers to all be beaten out repeatedly so i am so happy and am loading uo all my clients into Mark's system forhim to incubate and magae so I won't loose another buyer again. Well more good news is always welcome - Arizona is definetely rebounding only 2 times in history has our state sold over a 100,000 homes in one year 2011 and in 2005. So to see the rest of the country is doing well is good news indeed.
