I know the blog is out there in cyber space because I am receiving comments on it. But I cannot find my own blog. In the past a few moments after posting you could go to blogs at the top of the page and somewhere on the left depending on how many other AR's are posting at the same time, you would find your post on the left hand side of the page with the other recently posted blogs.

This has been a big year so far in the Real Estate Industry, Buyers are Buying and Sellers aren't too sure about selling. Confusion it is. Will the market get better they say?? Maybe we should wait?? It is such a pleasant surprise when a rogue check comes in the mail. Sometime the only effort involved is picking up the phone and finding a competent buyers agent on the other end. This has just happened to me recently. I had been sending a prospective buyer home listings regularly when he decided he would prefer to live in the next county over. So I picked up the phone and contacted another Remax agent in the area my buyer decided on. Two weeks later the check arrived to my office. Moral of the story. Well today was our Grand Opening of the new San Carlos Park Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce Vistor and Welcome Center. We had a terrific turn-out even though the winds were blowing sometimes up to 40 mile an hour. Luckily our San Carlos Park firemen were present to help us put up and take down our 20 ft. long tent.

As an example of how important it is to wear your name tag, I frequent the local Credit union to make deposits and a teller who I see fairly regularly saw my Remax Realty Group name tag, Well she also just so happened to be a Buyer. Although she has know me for weeks (she is new to the bank) she was not aware that I am a Realtor.
