For Agents----- Buyers and Sellers, Buyers in particular once you have found them the dream home they've always wanted now we need to make sure it gets to the closing table.
1.) Title company, if you have the buyer in most instances in Florida the Seller will pay title, But every now and then the buyer will pay and then you will need the contact information of a local title company.

Fort Myers Florida has always been known for it's Holiday Spirit.... And it all started with the Thomas Edison home decades ago and still follows though strong today.
Year after year our family venture out to see the lights and join in the festivities... To our surprise the best displays always seem to be right here in our very own Lee County Florida.
This year will be right up there with the best, as more then half the homes on my street are already in full color.
We'll be going with Blue and Gold-----

As an example of how important it is to wear your name tag, I frequent the local Credit union to make deposits and a teller who I see fairly regularly saw my Remax Realty Group name tag, Well she also just so happened to be a Buyer. Although she has know me for weeks (she is new to the bank) she was not aware that I am a Realtor. She knows now that I am a full time Real Estate agent and we are putting a deal together for her and her family to purchase a home through my team.
