It is budget season folks. We have heard about all the cuts the City of Tampa (aka Mayor Pam) is proposing. Last year's budget after the small milage reduction was 725 million dollars. The proposed budget for the new fiscal year is 761 million dollars. That is a better than 4.5% increase.
