I don't know many homeowners who enjoy buyers and agents coming through their home for weeks or months on end. In previous years, it was often difficult to gauge how long it would take to sell a home in Atlanta, but after reviewing recent home sales data, many Atlanta neighborhoods are selling homes in RECORD TIME!

The next listing was in Kirkwood, another popular Intown Atlanta neighborhood. This home was on the market for 5 weeks... Last but not least, is a charming ranch in the very charming City of Decatur.
