Florida Beach Front Condos Selling At $.40 on the Dollar! - 02/16/09 10:19 PM
 
In 2005 unit 611, a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom / 861 sq.ft. beach front condo at Sterling Sands in Destin Florida sold for $695,000.  As a matter of fact 7 similar units in the building sold for $630,000 or more.  Last month, January 2009 I sold unit 603, a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom / 861 sq.ft. beach front condo at Sterling Sands for $265,000 as a short sale!

There are many great places to own real estate at the beach in South Walton Beach Florida but I would have to say that Watersound Beach is my favorite.  I love the way no two homes are the same like so many subdivsions that have popped up over the last 10-15 years.  At Watersound the homes all fit together nicely while still presenting a different look.  I also love the way the homes sit within the natural green spaces and how everything seems to flow toward the Gulf of Mexico.
