The beautiful community of Rosemary Beach Florida is gearing up for it's annual Spring Bocce Tournament. It will be on Saturday, April 11 at 10 a.m. on the East and West Long Green. Registration information will be available at www.theclinique.net

Expensive Real Estate in South Walton County Florida - 03/12/09 10:59 PM
A house in The Retreat was the highest property sold in all of 2008 in South Walton County Florida. It is 6,167 sq.ft with 4 bedrooms 4/2 baths that sits majestically looking over the Gulf of Mexico. It sold for $6,000,000 in April of 2008.
The thing that I find interesting is that while the highest sale in South Walton County Florida last year was $6 million and the market has dropped in value since it sold in April there are still 11 properties currently for sale and priced at more that $6 million. Servicing Guide, Part VII, Section 504.02: Contacting Selected Borrowers Effective March 1, 2009, closing of pre-foreclosure sales may not be conditioned upon a reduction of the total commission to be paid to real estate agents to a level below what was negotiated by the listing agent with the borrower, unless the fee exceeds 6 percent of the sales price of the property in aggregate.
