I just completed the requirements for the SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource) Certification from NAR. As a part of that, I took the CRS 111 class. I must say, the content was amazing!!! I would have preferred to take it in a live classroom, but the cost and schedule of the web class couldn't be beat! Even though I have ONLY focused on REO for the past 5 years, I still learned some valuable information about the business. I am not here to support the wasteful mismanagement by the financial institutions. However, perhaps the government should spend a little less time telling everyone else how to spend their money and scrutinize itself for a change. I received an envelope yesterday from the U.S. Census Bureau. Being a nerd as a well as somewhat of a narcissist, I was looking forward to filling out the survey and sending it back.
