On Thursday I called to confirm that the package was being sent to the closing attorney, only to find out the day before closing the loan officer decided that my buyer needed a Home-buyer class. The next class would be Saturday, this was not good. My

You Need a Buyers Agent Even When Buying New Construction and there is an On-Site Agent. - 02/21/07 10:12 AM
I notice that as Buyers you do a lot of driving just checking out new subdivisions, and you often go into these new subdivisions and take a look. Many times you fall in love in the model homes and before you know, you make a decision to buy. Curiosity gets the best of you and there you are getting pre-approved for a loan with no representation.
How many of you would you go into a court and represent yourself as an attorney without passing the BAR exam? This is in essence the same thing, a REALTOR goes through on-going training and

About two months, I received my first lead from the web. I received an email from my website showing that someone logged and did some property searches and included their information. This was a couple of days after I posted a comment on an investment forum. I was very excited receiving this lead, but I was skeptical all at the same time.
My skepticism was because you never know who you are dealing with when it comes to the Web and especially with an out of state client. None the less, I was very excited to get my first lead from

I then emailed her and requested that she give me a call, well Saturday goes by with no call, and then Sunday morning I receive another email. This email said "call me" it had a phone number, the name of the person sending the email and the phone number again.
I call this person back only to find out that one she
INDECISIVE, KNOW WHEN TO LET GO - 02/03/07 05:26 PM
I am a very patient person and I will do all I can to help, but I don't like having my time wasted. A year ago, I had a client like no other and I have learned a lesson from this client.
The lesson I learned is, never be afraid to let go. My broker assigned me a client to work with and I did my buyer counseling with this client and found out that she had great credit, she knew what she was looking for in her new home, she wanted to put 20% down for her new purchase and
