I have started this sentence three times and it's difficult to figure out how I want to say it.  God uses us all say certain things and some times it's to someone or to a group.  As I write this I am discovering that this post should not only to the one group that I originally thought I was going to post to but also to mothers.

Consumers searching for information and advice - 04/06/07 03:27 PM
Over the last couple of months I have participated in numerous consumer forums and it has amazed me that consumers tend to ask complete strangers for advice about everything and anything.  I guess with the advent of the Internet it's very easy to ask and not feel like you are asking a stupid question, in my opinion no question is a stupid question.  I believe that you should ask you questions to the appropriate party to get valuable answers.

Representation Counts When Buying New Construction - 04/05/07 01:05 PM
So, you are thinking about buying a home and you want new construction.  Great, well before you schedule an appoint to go to the model home (sales center) and talk with the agent on site think about this:
I want you to know  I do suggest that you are represented by an agent who has a fiduciary responsibility to you, just like the builder has with the agent in the sales center.  There is no addition cost to you to have your own representation, the builder pays the buyers agent.

Today is Palm Sunday and I went to church as I normally do, but today I invited a client.  They were in-town visiting and to my surprise they were willing to the early morning service at 7. 
We had a wonderful service this morning, my clients enjoyed it and I was satisfied that I had a good day.
Later I when to a ordination of one of my past clients another church.  This service was also an awesome service, the two ministers being ordinate spoke from the heart and I was blessed by this.
