Thanks Active Rain! I can’t remember which came first the email sent through Active Rain or the phone call, but today I collected a check thanks to Active Rain and that’s why I became a rainmaker again.
I received a call and email on October 21, 2011 from a first time buyer who found me on-line. The buyer said she wanted to purchase a short sale and was looking for an experienced short sale agent.
