grayson: HUD HOMES $100 Down Payment - 01/03/12 05:10 PM
HUD is offering its foreclosed homes for $100 down on foreclosed homes in Georgia from now until October 2012, and you must be an owner occupant to qualify.  This incentive can be used with any HUD property listed as available for FHA financing (203B, 203B with repair escrow and 203K ).  HUD will pay up to 3% closing costs, in most cases HUD has appraisal the lender can use.

I am a very patient person and I will do all I can to help, but I don't like having my time wasted.  A year ago, I had a client like no other and I have learned a lesson from this client.
