lawrenceville: 33 Steps REALTORs® do to complete a Purchase - 04/03/12 09:11 PM
Cheryl did a great job providing a list of some of the steps REALTORs® do to complete a purchase. She's absolutely right when she says that working with REO or Short Sales there could be many more and yes we do often do these things more than once. In the Metro Atlanta area REO properties are getting multiple offers and this sometimes requires the REALTORs® to do some of these things over and over again until our clients find the home of his or her dream. One of my clients recently told me that her co-workers wants to purchase a home this year, but he wants to do it on his own he does not want a buyer’s agent. Of course I asked "why would he want to do that?" My client said she thinks that her co-worker wants to save money. I proceeded to explain that purchasing a home without representation of a buyer’s agent to negotiate on his behalf was not going to save him money but could actually cost him money.

lawrenceville: INDECISIVE, KNOW WHEN TO LET GO - 02/03/07 05:26 PM
I am a very patient person and I will do all I can to help, but I don't like having my time wasted. A year ago, I had a client like no other and I have learned a lesson from this client.
