Are you MARKETING your WATERFRONT LISTINGS to the right audience?
Is your waterfront property on a major body of water? Like a river or large lake? Don't forget to consider marketing your waterfront listings to the aviation community. If your waterfront listing can support a float plane or seaplane, maybe you should be looking for your buyers in the aviation community. Pilots generally have good incomes and can afford properties on the water.

AviationAcres.com is getting ready to launch it's new website in the next couple of weeks. 
AviationAcres.com is a real estate database for aviation and major waterfront properties (for float planes).  A couple of years ago we purchased the site (which is currently up and doing well) but we felt the site was lacking in a lot of areas.  We have spent an incredible amount of time rebuilding the site and we believe we will be the first truly database driven website for aviation properties.
