If you work with commercial developers who need funding for their projects, let us know. We are continuing our efforts to reach out to those who have viable projects but are lacking the right resources to get them funded.

Our focus is moving toward more commercial real estate ventures in the next year. We would welcome feedback from you on what you have and what can be done to create a winning scenario for all involved.

The targets are shopping centers, multifamily buildings, medical and office buildings, sports and entertainment complexes and such like.

Commercial Project Locators Needed

We are seeking more commercial development projects that have not taken off due to a lack of adequate funding. Our hope is to identify viable projects over the next several months in which to review for funding. We are limiting our review to solid projects with those who have the experience to pull it off.

Our targets include shopping centers, medical and office buildings, multifamily units, senior and assisted living facilities, entertainment and sports complexes as a few others.These should be new developments...from the ground up.

These projects should bring about a positive economic change in the local community in which they are located as well as having an ecological benefit.

We want to review those projects where the funding need is at least $5M with no upper limit. And we are always open to working with good agents and finders.
