Reaching the tail end of the “dog days” of summer the Cedar Park real estate market is still relatively brisk. I only say relatively because the inventory level is below the normal summer inventory levels. The low levels have created a competitive market place for home shoppers in the Cedar Park neighborhood. A good indication are the amount of homes that are currently under contract, pending, 7 in the last 30 days.
