Many people who live in Northern Scottsdale AZ and drive up and down Scottsdale Road frequently are probably accustomed to seeing MacDonald’s Ranch on the side of the road – but have never visited.
I think that we all forget that beyond the shoulder of the road are the original ranches and farms that cover large areas of the desert. Over the last two years I’ve visited Mac Donald's Ranch multiple times to take little ones over for a pony ride, to visit the petting zoo and to even “dig” in a ";mine"; for precious stones.
