I have been in real estate nearly half of my professional life. I started way back in 2000 and worked my way through corporate real estate and then moved to residential after I had my little guy a few years (0 comments)
phoenix: Can't Sell Your Home? - 11/17/07 09:51 AM
Presently in the Phoenix Metropolitan area there are more than 57,000 active listings. How do you compete? In markets like this you have to think outside the box and try anything to sell your clients home and lessen the impact on your sellers. What other options are there? phoenix: Who are doing reverse offers? - 11/17/07 09:10 AM

The agent fills out the purchase contract as normal and then sends the offer for the buyer to look at and hopefully sign or negotiate a deal. What (13 comments)
phoenix: Where should I invest? Foreign Nationals - 11/15/07 08:23 PM
Lately I have been getting frequent calls from people outside of the US. Many Foreign Nationals are capitalizing on the weakness of the U.S. Dollar and deciding to invest in Arizona. Phoenix, Arizona is in Forbes Top 9 of places to buy right now because of the great value and the (1 comments)
phoenix: My Home is not Selling...What do I do? - 10/29/07 10:58 AM
I started a blog last night called "What do you do next?". It was supposed to be more for people that don't know if they should continue to market their home or if they should test out the rental market. Anyway, before I knew it I was on a tangent about (0 comments)

phoenix: All that hard work and the home still went to auction. - 08/18/07 02:08 PM

phoenix: Selling a home with tenants is very difficult. - 08/17/07 05:46 PM
