Buried Water Heaters The things some people do! The crawl space was all I had left to do at this morning's Nicholasville Kentucky Home Inspection, but I hadn't found the water heater yet. The crawl space entrance was kinda small but I've found an occasional water heater in the crawl space.
Figured that's where I might find this one and I was right.
There it was, the bottom covered in dirt, rusting away.

Yeah, I've seen it a lot. I mention the missing anti-tip bracket on the kitchen stove and the Realtors just rolls their eyes and snicker. Here's why I mention it! No Charges To Be FiledIn Toddler's Death Little kids sitting or pushing on the open oven door can cause the stove to tip over on them. So can setting a large heavy pan on the oven door.

Once again winter is almost upon us. As we enjoy these last few days of Indian Summer (what beautiful weather that's been) it's past time to get our gas furnaces checked to ensure we can survive the cold in comfort.
