Inventory of homes for sale is extremely tight in Northern Virginia - at last look there's just over 1 month supply of homes on the market. Same goes for DC. In fact, right now, much of the country is having a similar phenomenon in the local real estate markets. Why? I explain in the rap video below "Houses Gettin' Sold!"
