Four letter words get a bad reputation. 

Granted, there's a lot of them that shouldn't be used in polite conversation, let alone be written on a real estate blog.  Pick a letter of the alphabet and there's almost certain to be an offensive word that starts with that letter. 
 
Okay... maybe not Y or Z, but you get the point.

California is dead broke.  Kansas won't send out tax refunds.  New York's got a big budget shortfall.
You'd be hard-pressed to find a single state with a huge surplus these days...
They say people vote with their feet.
Are we going to see some mass migrations across the United States?  Who will be the winners?  Which states will be the losers?  What are your thoughts?
