Compared to what the news is saying, our June results showed the opposite.

For our Brantford Real Estate Board in June our Listings where down by .8%, volume of only three units but if you compare that to our record breaking 2007, we aren't in bad shape.

Sales by volume and units are up, not by much but they are up. We are up by .4% in volume and in units up by 1. I realize your all saying come on here Kim, its only 1 unit, but one is better than nothing.

Now here is the real understanding............our volume in numbers was up 2.4% even over last years 35% increase.

The market is still going with a steady pace in Brantford!

The number one spot is still our $200,000 to $250,000 range

Number 2 spot is our ever growing $250,000 to $300,00
