Would like ask home owners to be sure you have all names are correctly shown on, your home deed and insurance policy. This could very well happen to you. How could there possibly be no coverage on my policy if I'm a named insured? Every rental unit must be equipped with at least one automatic fire warning device (smoke detector) and at least one carbon monoxide detection device (RSA 153:10-a). To be either hardwired or battery operated devices are permitted.

New Hampspshire Energy Incentive Series Part Four of Five, back in 2002 New Hampshire adopted a mandatory Statewide building code, based on the 2000 IECC.SB 81 which was enacted in July of 2007, and New Hampshire upgraded the Energy Code to the 2006 IECC. And its up to the local building official, to enforce the energy requirements. The local Towns and Cities New Hampshire Government Officials may adopt different requirements only if their requirements are more stringent than the State Code. The New Hampshire Public Utilites Commission has the rulemaking authority to chane the standards within the code.
