home inspections: Claremont NH Middle School's main Soccer Field Vandalizing - 07/18/09 05:42 PM
Claremont NH Middle School's main Soccer Field Vandalizing, some low life vandal willfully drove a vehicle onto the main playing field, and then started spinning the tires of the vehicle. Which in turn caused large ruts in the field. The photo above is not an actual photo, of the Claremont NH Middle School main Soccer Field . But it does show the kind of ruts that will be caused by spinning a vehicle's tires on such a field. And seen that we have had a lot of rain lately, that helped make it even easier for the vandal to do this. Because

home inspections: Bath Tubs with a fill spout inside the tub - 05/14/08 09:37 PM
Knowledge is the Power for Your Freedom to a Worry Free Home! On some old fashion bath tubs, the fill spout is located inaide the bath tub. The problem with this, is that you don't have the required 1 inch gap between the spout and the overflow area. If the spout can be under the water in the tub, then it can siphon anything surrounding it back into the water lines. Because the overflow drain of the tub is below the spout, most folk's think there's not going to be a problem with this setup, but

home inspections: Hand Held Shower Sprayers, First Time Home Buyer's - 05/02/08 11:46 PM
Knowledge is the Power for Your Freedom to a Worry Free Home! The problem with hand held shower sprayers is that the flexible pipe that connects to the sprayer is uselly long enough for the sprayer to be completely immersed in the tub water. If anyone has used any dyes or chemicals in the tub, as there might be if the owners of the home had mixed some homemade insecticide, the contaminated water can siphon back into the house. Most residential hand held sprayers don't have vacuum breakers, like commercial ones have. There are residential ones available, and
