New Hampshire Energy Incentive Series Part Two of Five, In July of 2008 the State of New Hampshire enacted legislation HB 1628 to require the State's Public Utilities Commission to establish and administer a rebate program for the folks of New Hampshire, for certain renewable energy systems.

New Hampspshire Energy Incentive Series Part Four of Five, back in 2002 New Hampshire adopted a mandatory Statewide building code, based on the 2000 IECC.SB 81 which was enacted in July of 2007, and New Hampshire upgraded the Energy Code to the 2006 IECC. And its up to the local building official, to enforce the energy requirements. The local Towns and Cities New Hampshire Government Officials may adopt different requirements only if their requirements are more stringent than the State Code. The New Hampshire Public Utilites Commission has the rulemaking authority to chane the standards within the code.

Is a mighty good book for any Professional in the Realestate Profession should have in their library to read. Especially in these here difficult economic times. It can be a big help to you, to understand about the realestate seasonal cyclicality.

We Wish You A Merry Christmas, in the days of merry ole England, a good part of life went on to the sound music. The rich merchants would hire bands to accompany them on strolls through town, and munieipal chorus of singers, that were called waits.
