Monroe CT Real Estate Market Report August 2012 While Monroe CT had a less than stellar August 2012 market report as compared to August 2011, there is some good news. Sales were UP 21% from the July numbers and registered as the highest sales month since September 2011. See annual chart below. Compared to the same period last year. August 2012 sales were down 10% and list and sales price averages decreased significantly at 19% and 18% respectively. Monroe CT Real Estate Market Report April 2012 Monroe CT real estate sales for April 2012 WENT UP 50% compared to April 2011 sales and were up 15% from last month. List and sales prices decreased 22% and 21% from April 2011, but homes were selling a bit more quickly with a 34% decrease in market time.
