Shelton CT Single Family Market Report for October 2009 Take a look at what happened in the single family real estate market in Shelton Connecticut for the month of October, 2009, as compared to the same time last year. MLS data shows Shelton single family home sales in October were down 15% from October 2008. Average list and selling prices were down 5.9% and 6.7% respectively.
