The condo real estate market in Shelton CT for the month of January 2010 showed an improvement in sales and market time from the previous year but was down considerably in list/sell prices.
MLS data shows Shelton CT condo sales in January were UP 25% from January 2009. Average list and selling prices were down 71% and 68% respectively. MLS data shows Shelton CT condo sales in November were up 183% from November 2008. Average list and selling prices were down 21% and 17% respectively. The condo real estate market in Shelton Connecticut for the month of October, 2009, is on the upswing in sales as compared to the same time last year.
