Park Brooke Cirlce: Comfy and Cozy - 11/30/10 07:53 AM
Design2sell recently staged a property in Marietta, GA. You don't need a lot of space to make people feel at home. Comfy and cozy is what I would name this staging project. Pictured below is just a preview of the property and what is has to offer a potential buyer. It's a match made in heaven for single's with pets, recent college graduates or even a newly wed couple (couple's in general). For more pictures click the following link: Park Brooke Circle

Mary Tyler Moore and Seventies Design - 11/07/10 09:48 PM
The Mary Tyler Moore Show began in 1970 and continued until 1977. In this ground breaking comedy, the main character rents a very chic studio apartment in a Victorian house. This fictional apartment was more than the setting for a great comedy, it displayed the best of 1970s interior design. Contrary to popular belief, the 1970s contributed more to interior design than lava lamps and burnt orange shag toilet seat covers. The retro style that this time period is known for can be found in modern day design and is gaining popularity. Here are a few trademarks of the seventies design style (10 comments)
Samantha Stephens wiggled her nose into the hearts of audiences in the 1960s and 1970s. The popular sitcom, Bewitched, was famous for frequently changing things up on the set. The retro comedy switched the actor that played Samantha's husband, Darrin, and the kitchen design was changed as well. Specifically the kitchen appliances. Throughout the series the color of the appliances changed according to the trends of the day, from avocado green to cream with chrome accents.
Currently, we are witnessing another shift in color trends for kitchen appliances. In recent years stainless steel has been considered a "must (13 comments)
