Barbara Heil-Sonneck and the Design2Sell team will create a space within The Total Wine and Design Experience exhibit at the spring Atlanta Home Show. “A Taste of Hollywood”, the theme of the Home Show exhibit, will feature two separate spaces inspired by classic television shows. Barbara will craft an environment inspired by the set design of the popular sitcom, The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Retro modern furnishings and décor will reflect the style of the much loved hit series. Mary Richards paid $130 a month for the unforgettable studio apartment she rented in Minneapolis. The apartment's grand windows, elaborate moldings, charming chimney, vaulted ceilings, and sunken living room created an environment that was a young career woman's dream. Barb Schwarz, founder of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals has been featured in an article published in the Wall Street Journal explaining the history and importance of home staging.
