This week Design2Sell participated in a webinar by Sherwin-Williams. Their Colormix 2012 presentation forecasted various colors and themes that we would be seeing more of in 2012. The foundation for the 2012 hot color wheel is nature inspired. Life blood reds, watery blues, growing greens, and natural neutrals. Overwhelmingly, the focus was on red, and its variations. Look out for purples. oranges, and bold color combinations! If you don't love red, no worries, you can still incorporate small accent pieces in 2012's hot new color palate! Everyone falls victim to the "stinky house syndrome" sometimes. You walk in the front door and you can't help but saying "What is that smell?!" It is important when you try and sell your home you stage for the eyes and nose! Design2Sell knows the importance of a fully staged home.
