Dear Design2Sell clients, followers, and friends,
My name is Rachel, and I've been an intern with Design2Sell for the last few months. I have helped stage a few homes and destage a few homes. I have also assisted with creating blogs and newsletters. But mostly, I have learned a lot from Barbara. Barbara's attention to giving her clients the best is apparent. Her dedication to providing excellent service, attention, and care to each client as an individual is something I have seen over and over. Barbara has taught me that business is more than being professional and doing a job right, … (1 comments)

Design2Sell knows you may never use your fireplace if you live in Atlanta. Our summers are long and hot and our winters are too short! But that doesn't mean you should ignore the brick monstrosity! A fireplace should be a focal point of the room.
If your house is on the market, your fireplace should be a top priority. When buyers walk in your home and see a fireplace, their jaws should drop in awe at it's beauty, not in horror!
Here are some pictures to inspire you to get fired up about making your fireplace sizzling hot!

Seating such as this is not for the timid, but is perfect for those looking to make a statement in a living space. This particular chair could be paired with low profile, clean lined seating to create a fun modern space.
Obviously, this is not a piece of furniture that would be used when staging a home for sale. Not everyone would find it as visually appealing as we did, but … (9 comments)

interior design: What’s Your Design Style? - 10/29/10 10:51 PM

When decorating a room it is important to know a view of the design styles. More importantly, knowing your specific design style significantly narrows down the options. The best part is that a few of the interior stores have these design styles labeled. How great is that?
When shopping for items to fill your home, try to incorporate a theme. The first step: knowing … (8 comments)
