For those of you who may have an interest in what's happening in Downtown Naples, you may want to read the latest Naples News article on the parcel that was to be "Renaissance Village" located just across Goodlette Road from Bayfront.
Whatever ultimately happens to that prime parcel of land, it will most certainly impact the adjacent real estate. Since Bayfront is located right across the street, the developer, who controls the retail ground level, as well as the residential owners, will want a say if the City of Naples makes an offer to Jack Antaramian.
