The Arkansas Democrat Gazette, our state newspaper, had an extensive and complete article about a failed Hardy Arkansas Sharp County real estate development.  A developer has defaulted in $2.6 million in loans and moved to Mexico.  He sold many parcels of land to people seeking retirement and vacation properties.  Some of the victims were interviewed telling of considerable losses from their investments.
I have had so many calls from people who want to "rent to own" or "lease to own".
