It always maks me wonder why sellers blinding go to an agency that charges 6-7% and sign up on a contract that locks them in. When I created www.AccessPremierProperties.com I wanted to offer sellers a way to sell their properties at 3%, cancel at anytime and sell on your own you owe nothing.
