Tuesday, the Solano county board of supervisors explored the possibilities associated with making some key changes to the use of land, sharing their views of updating the Solano county General Plan and how it relates to the agricultural future. Keeping landowners afloat economically is the key said one supervisor.
Keeping farmers afloat keeps Solano county from becoming a house farm with rows of houses instead of crops.

Open Houses today - 04/15/07 09:26 PM
I held two well-visited open houses today and had other people calling to see my listings, my websites have had heavy traffic to them this weekend, buyers are out there looking around. I currently represent buyers in the Travis school district, the appraisal on their house came in higher than the price they are paying for the house! They had to compete with several other buyers to get this house. A home that is in good condition with curb appeal and priced appropriately, will get an unusually higher amount of interest than a home in a less than desirable location or poor condition home.
