Strancar Studios features the work of Brien Strancar, an up and coming glass artist currently located in Toledo Ohio. Brien is an alumni of BGSU and currently works at Firenation Studio and Gallery and the Toledo Museum of Art's Glass Pavilion.

I have not come across this personally or profesionally yet but this is a great list to have and keep.
Via Jay Markanich (Jay Markanich Real Estate Inspections, LLC):
An official list has been developed as regards the continuing investigation of problematic Chinese Drywall.  The list is important.  It identifies manufacturers whose drywall produces drywalls with emission rates of hydrogen sulfide 100 times greater than non-Chinese drywall samples.  Such levels are dangerous medically and corrosive chemically.

Shortly after a contract is signed, title work on the property will begin. Soon after, both the buyer and the seller will receive a letter from the title company letting them know that Closing Protection Coverage is Available to them.
Sarah Minneman, a title rep from North Star Title was kind enough to forward the following explanation for Closing Protection Coverage. In my opinion it is a small price to pay for peace of mind until your transaction is closed.

The weather in Cleveland has been so wonderful this year. It dawned on me that we barely had any snow in March or April this year which is quite unbelievable. In addition we had some of the warmest temps on record n those months. Combine that with the nice weather we will have until and probably through October, and that gives us nice weather for 8 months of the year!! in Cleveland Ohio!!

Some time ago I wrote a post about the new business cards I would soon have to order. In general, I think ordering business cards is a real pain in the butt, yet it's a necessary evil.
I had the most wonderful customer service from Angie @ bizprintsolutiions along iwth the designers that worked on my card. They were unbelievably patient as I made about 19 changes. Yep, you read right! 19.
