Yesterday was one of those picture perfect days with temps in the low 80's, sunny skies, a nice cool evening, made only more perfect because we celebrated my daughter Erin's 16th birthday.
Anyone who reads my blog knows what joy this beautiful girl has brought to her father and me, and to everyone around her. Below are just a few of the pics from the party. Thanks to all who made it such a wonderful celebration!

Yesterday I had a broker's open house at 6678 Tudor Circle in North Royalton Ohio. On Sunday, I stopped by Hop Hing to put in an order for Tuesday morning, to be picked up at 10:30.
I arrived at the restaurant at 10:23 and there was no one there.
The doors were locked.
The lights were off.
There was no sign of life.

My family has made many trips to Cape Cod over the years.and we have enjoyed every one of them. My best friend's husband grew up in Boston so the Cape is very special to him. He has 5 siblings, most of whom are married with children and now one of his nieces has 6 month old twin boys...and she traveled to the Cape too!
