For those of us who have been in the business for a while, we remember the phrase location, location, location, which of course implied that nothing was more important than location when it came to purchasing a home.  In reality, when I priced a home it was really location, condition, and price that I considered. Broadview Heights Home Days on the Green a Huge Success and my Baby Girl Wins First Place in Broadview's Got Talent:) - 07/11/11 08:13 AM
This past weekend we were able to enjoy some time at Broadview Heights Home Days on the Green and it was fantastic! The weather could not have been better....not a drop of rain and sunny, blue skies. In addition to all the great food, there were rides, games, a huge basket raffle, musical entertainment, fireworks and much more.


Here's Erin's winning song! We had a little technical difficulty...the first line is "I just moved in to 14G":)

Does Landscaping Really Make a Difference? - 07/09/11 07:35 AM
I have read many reports that suggest that remodeled kitchens, baths, and landscaping can make a difference in selling your home. However, in today's market I think you have to proceed with caution. Investing a lot of money in your home to get it sold may not be the best idea for every seller.
I do have sellers who thought it would be a good idea to spruce up the yard because they had not been able to keep up with it. This home is in Parma Ohio where there are currently 593 single family homes for sale. I had already … (17 comments)
