Windsor Woods is a wonderful community located off Wallings Rd. between Broadview and State Rds. It's also where I call home! I worked for the builder, Perry Homes when these homes were being built and my husband and I built ours in 2000. The original deed restrictions called for a minimum of 2850 square feet, 75% brick or stone on the front elevation, and side entry combined, all of which give Windsor Woods beautiful architectural consistency. The double wide driveways are 16 feet wide in stead of the more tpical 12 feet so maneuvering vehicles is a breeze!
