I hope every body love their life like I love mine.  I am a very blessed person.  I have a bueatiful family, a job that is a pleasure, and a life style that I hope never changes.  I live in paridise... Destin, Florida.  I know their are a lot of hard times right now.  People losing their homes, job, and other things that they love.  It is always wise to love what you have and be thankful for it.  I know that no matter what life goes on.  So make the most of it....

battle with the goverment - 01/20/08 06:51 PM
Well, I recently got my real estate brokerage firm open.  It took 9 months to be allowed to take my broker test.  I had to take my pre-licensee education AFTER I pass the state exam.  On top of that I was told the my 4 year degree in real estate finance DOES NOT COUNT.  I talked to the incompetent morons that work for the state and every one told me different things...

Who does not want to own land?
 This country was founded on the desire for land.  It makes it an attractive investment.  Land does not get destroyed.  Nor does it get up and walk away.  Land ownership changes your life.  It was used to define class.  It will always be a good investment.  Alabama still has cheap land and it is very beautiful.  I own Alabama land.

Well the market is getting strong...
I had 6 homes to show a client. Now, 3 are under contract.  Now is the time to buy.  The market has been over sold.  I do believe that this is the time to buy.  The international demand has spiked as well.  I am telling agents to play the exchange rate and beef up their international exposer.  Residential is a stupid good deal.  People are starting to pull the trigger more and more. The time has come to invest in your future and business.  You do have to pay to play.

Their is somthing about the water.  I love the water and so does everybody else.  This makes waterfront a sound investment that you can really enjoy.  First their a quite a few diffrent kinds of waterfront.  If your on a small retention pond that not going to carry the same demand as a gulf front lot.  If someone has a 50' boat they want deep protected water and will pay for it.  Let face the simple truth, It is human nature to be drawn to water.  It always has been and always will be...

I'm not sure if people really understand the value of timberland.  Timberland is diffrent than most other investments.  If your investment horizen is long term, then risk/return ratio can not be beat.  It DOES NOT corralate to the stock market.  This is an investment that really grows.  You can enjoy this investment.  The tree don't mind if you hunt or fish.  To me their is nothing better than spending a few days in the woods.  If you have a gulf front rental and you use it... down goes your income... if you use it too much... bye-bye investment status with the IRS.  … (0 comments)

I am so glad I live in Florida.  Sometimes you don't appreciate something when you live their, but I sold a couple in England a home in Destin, Florida.  They picked out and appreciated the beauty you sometimes just expect.  We are very lucky and very blessed.  Our beaches are the most beautiful.

Invest in Alabama.  I do.  I truley believe that has benefits that make it amazing investment.  You have control the timing of cash flow.  Pines trees grow about 15% a year.  This allows you to plan your cash flows.  You also can sell off chunks of the land for a HUGE gain.  It has miles of river frontage with white sand beaches... Standing timber...  And a huge network of roads for easy access....

Well, I wanted to know if anyone knew about real estate transactions with the buyer in Africa.  I have done some international transactions, but they have been europe and canada.  So I am treating it like any other transaction. Let reflect on the first week of the year, the stock market showed weakness.  food and enegery prices are going up.  I see inflation.  It has enetered into our lives in everyday good NOT considering the food and enegery prices.  With Real Estate there is a lot of activity, and more people are making offers.  So I think that the simple truth is that every one want more real estate.  Its natural.  People know now a great time in the business.
