I'm not sure if people really understand the value of timberland. Timberland is diffrent than most other investments. If your investment horizen is long term, then risk/return ratio can not be beat. It DOES NOT corralate to the stock market. This is an investment that really grows. You can enjoy this investment. The tree don't mind if you hunt or fish. To me their is nothing better than spending a few days in the woods. If you have a gulf front rental and you use it... down goes your income... if you use it too much... bye-bye investment status with the IRS. … (3 comments)
