The current Allandale Village / Allandale Train Station development plans present a mixed-use condo development site. The proposed plans state that the Barrie waterfront development will include: a hotel, condo development, loft-style work office spaces, retail, and GO station. This project is currently in the planning stages and will likely begin in the 2 - 3 year time period. It will be a very exciting project for the City of Barrie and we feel that this project will "define" our waterfront.
