After receiving an offer on this property back in September, I am pleased to say that the buyers stuck with us for the entire 4 months it took this deal to close. I thanked them personally at the closing today, because we dodged the Sheriff's sale back in early January, and the cash sale was closed today for $150,000.

Eviction. Helping out a client. Hainesville IL Rental Homes. - 01/06/09 09:36 AM
Back in August 2008 I represented an owner who wanted to rent her home in Hainesvile. Sadly the tenant never paid a dime beyond the deposit. As my client lives out of town I have been helping her, and on Thursday I will be representing her at the eviction which was granted last month.
No I am not getting paid for this but it is certainly a learning experience.
Hopefully next time we will get an honest tenant.
